A little update on the state of The TF Shelf







Someone decided to follow me to work a while back... (I've since shifted to another lab.)


Bitty!movie!Jazz is rather intrigued by the fancy machines.


Very intrigued. Upon which I had to shoo him to somewhere a little less hazardous to my continued employment.


This is liquid growth media, all sterile and ready to use. I remind Jazzling that it has to stay sterile, so no touchy.


This is what the stuff in the bottles looks like after we have bacterial growth. (Yes, it looks eww. Be thankful you can't smell it through the PC monitor.)


Jazz decides to be Helpful^TM.


Jazz: What's this?
Me: Ethanol.
J: You mean like the human high grade?
M: Yeah, only drinking this will make a human go blind 'cos of the methanol content.
J: Party poopers.
M: ... Yeah.


Explorations done with, Jazz grabs a comfy seat and 'supervises' (i.e. Gloating over the fact that he doesn't have to work. Fragger.) while I'm at my desk (i.e. The table in the corner.).


Back home, Soundwave passes the time reading, since he doesn't mingle much with the Auto-horde.


I got him some company. Soundwave is very pleased with the arrival of Ravage (the original Transformers kitty!) and has promised to not mess with my mind when I sleep. The bunnies he can't do much about, but he's said he'll try.

So, so cute.


People have pet cats and dogs, I have toaster plushies and figures. I am content.


In other news, Ani!Jazz found a very pretty flower.


Ani!Prowl is appreciative. What happened next could not be photographed, lest I end up with no more camera.


The whole TF shelf. Soundwave perches above like some vast predatory bird a great big pervert Ahem. Like the satellite he is.

I'm a research assistant (i.e. glorified lab technician/lab rat). I scurry when told to scurry, jump when told to jump, and occasionally, I get to push buttons for what seems to be minimal payoff ;P

hee! I'm glad they match their new home so well! Though how I missed the fact that Prowl was suppose to get white feet surpasses me. *facepalm* I think its cause I did Jazz!Plushy first....his black feet carried over. *sighs*

LOL my actual LJ is muchly boring and has no relation to my work...but I have now done a presentation on biological warfare and emerging infectious diseases at least...*counts* 3 times now, with a fourth coming up XD I must say, parasite wise, I'm only interested in malaria =p *goes to check out your journal*
