In case anyone's wondering what Prowl's writing out, it's the incident report. Forms 19 (Wheeljack incident), 86 (Grimlock incident) and 105 (turned into a sparkling incident), to be exact. He's probably going to be his efficient self and write out form 23 (Ratchet incident) as well.

So, what's the form number for 'Jazz wants another party' or 'Prime is out of town again' or 'Twin prank'?

Methinks I'll have to come up with a list of forms and numbers someday (or, alternatively, post a bunny on the bunnyfarm). Hmm...

Party request = Form 7
Prime (or any mech, really, but mostly Prime) off base for non mission reasons = Form 404? (*snerk*)
Twin Incident = Form 11
Rubber Chicken = Form Q (for Sideswipe's sake, so that mechs looking through the list won't realise such a form exists)
