once every three months or so until i was about 13. after that, i was in a new school and not at all comfortable with my classmates and didn't like the instructor (and was shy and insecure and generally not well of in the head) and didn't join the choir. then in high school i had several throat infections and my voice just wasn't the same any more. i can still sing (to a degree) but choose not to now, since i don't sound nearly as good as i used to.

i do still enjoy singing. its a release of a lot of stuff sometimes, and others its just fun. i don't even really miss my soprano voice anymore; being low alto makes the gravely, low toned songs much more fun.
