Bluestreaks are actually ridiculously easy to catch (provided, of course, it is a Bluestreak and not a Smokescreen), provided they don't charm all your pokemon with "Puppy Dog Optics". There has been talk about banning use of this move, as Fireflights have it as well, and players have been complaining that its use is too much of a game breaker.
