Yes, unfortunately it is toaster related. It's also based on a certain crack fic and icon resulting from said fic.

Oh yeah!! *evil grin* I've even thought up several versions of them:

1.) A red frog and a yellow frog with toast popping out of their backs. The red frog has a O_O face, while the yellow frog has Sunstreaker's customary "Is-*NOT*-Amused" frown on its face.
2.) The same as above, only the red frog is also wearing a tiny version of Sideswipe's helmet, while the yellow one has Sunstreaker's.
3.) Just the Sideswipe frog could have toast popping out of its wide-opened mouth. (I don't *dare* to suggest the Sunstreaker one, as I don't think he'd even consider having such an undignified function.) Could either be a helmeted or non-helmeted version.

I bet Ratchet would gladly have a set of (plushie) Twin-frog toasters, if only as a visual warning to all who dare to talk back to him in his medbay. Though now that I think about it, would anyone want to even *eat* the toast that comes out of those toasters?
